The Cemetery is not responsible for theft or damage to anything placed on graves, lots, or mausoleums. Flowers may be used at anytime, providing same are in a vase approved by the Cemetery. Please also see Rules and Regulation of Flowers and Arrangements.

Things placed on grave may be removed at any time if extra maintenance will be done in the Cemetery. (I.e. Fertilizing, Spraying, etc.)

All persons are strictly forbidden to injure any trees or shrubs or any landmark, marker or memorials or in any way deface the grounds of the cemetery.

Only Concrete Burial Vaults are Allowed in Cemetery.
|
5. |
Only Infant Cherub Combination Burial Vaults are Allowed in the Cemetery.
|
6. |
Touch nothing in the Cemetery that does not belong to you. This is the only safe rule to adopt in visiting this cemetery.

All maintenance and all plantings of any kind not performed by the Cemetery staff are strictly prohibited.

8. |
Placing of potted flowers, plants, or wreaths on lots or graves is not permitted except on Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Memorial Day, Veteran’s Day, Christmas Day, and Special Days herein set forth. The digging of holes for any purpose whatsoever is strictly forbidden.

Placement of stones, curbing, figurines, benches and other ornamental objects are not permitted. The Cemetery reserves the right to remove all flowers, potted plants, wreaths, baskets, or any other articles for any reason, when it is in the best interest of the Cemetery.

10. |
The markings of each lot or grave is restricted and limited to flat bronze tablets set flush with the turf, and of such dimensions, materials, design and construction as designed by the Cemetery. Written approval by the Cemetery must be secured before any marker or memorial may be delivered to the Cemetery for installation.

All persons are reminded that the grounds are sacredly devoted to the burial of the dead and that the provisions and penalties of the law, as provided by statute will be strictly enforced in all cases of wanton injury, disturbance and disregard of the rules.

No persons other than the proper officials of the Cemetery shall be allowed to perform any work on any grave, or lot within the grounds without a permit from the Company.
|

13. |
Benches can only be purchased through the Cemetery Office. No benches purchased from third party dealers are Allowed.
|

|
Please be reminded that the Rules and Regulations herein stated are solely for the best interest of the people who are a part of the Cemetery and it is that Cemetery Managements’ part to uphold the Trust and Faith placed with them. |
